Shipping policy

At Lulua Harir, each order is carefully packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

During product launches, high-demand periods, or pre-order releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping – Australia

Australian orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery time: 3-4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Free Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on applicable Australian orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated international delivery time: 6–25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local postal services, and seasonal delays.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other local charges are not included in your order total at checkout.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered.

Lulua Harir has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount payable. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.

United States Orders
For U.S. customers, all applicable taxes and duties are calculated and settled at checkout. Your order will arrive without any additional charges upon delivery.

Unpaid Duties, Taxes or Unclaimed Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, unpaid taxes, refusal of delivery, or because the parcel was unclaimed, we will contact you via email once the parcel has been received back by us.

You will have 48 hours from the time our email is sent to choose one of the following options:

  • Pay the applicable reshipping fee so the parcel can be sent back to you; or

  • Receive store credit for the value of the garment only

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued automatically.

Original shipping fees are not included in store credit, as the shipping service has already been paid for and used.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure parcels are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to couriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lulua Harir is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@luluaharir.com.

We will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luluaharir.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will assist where possible with the carrier investigation process.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless required by law.
