Refund policy

At Lulua Harir, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our garments and our commitment to quality, eligible returns are accepted under the conditions below.

Returns

Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference are processed as store credit.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Free from marks, stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear

  • Dispatched for returned within 7 days of receiving your order

To request a return, please contact us at contact@luluaharir.com with your order number.

Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible garment value and sent to you via email.

Please note that original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in store credit.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the garment only.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in store credit. 

Exchanges

If you would like a different style, please contact us at contact@luluaharir.com with your order number.

Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible garment value. This can then be used to place a new order through our website.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@luluaharir.com with your order number as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist with cancellation requests. However, once an order has entered processing, been packed, invoiced, or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Where a cancellation request is approved, it will be issued as store credit only.

Once an order has been processed, it will fall under our returns policy.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for store credit only while the pre-order window is still open and production has not yet begun.

Once production has commenced, cancellations can no longer be accepted, as pieces are produced and allocated based on confirmed order quantities.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lulua Harir is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@luluaharir.com with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or local charges are not included in your order total at checkout.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer before the parcel can be delivered.

Lulua Harir has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the exact amount payable.

Unpaid Duties, Taxes or Unclaimed Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, refusal of delivery, or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you by email once the parcel has been received back by us.

You will have 48 hours from the time our email is sent to choose one of the following options:

  • Pay the reshipping fee so the parcel can be sent back to you; or

  • Receive store credit for the value of the garment only

If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued automatically.

Original shipping fees are not included in store credit, as the shipping service has already been paid for and used.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law
